The project focuses on the use of technological tools to offer formative, complete and personalized feedback to students. To this end, audiovisual Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools have been selected and analyzed to provide feedback
in various subjects of the Faculty of Education and Psychology of two Spanish universities, the International University of La Rioja and the University of Girona. These tools have been used to provide feedback on various activities carried out by students during the 2023-24 academic year, in different degrees from these universities. Once the feedback was received by the students, their opinions and the teachers involved were collected through questionnaires to evaluate their impact.
This project seeks to ensure that the feedback is detailed and facilitates the learning and development of skills, and the experience reflects that the use of ICT tools for audiovisual feedback offers a high level of personalization and detail that is difficult to achieve with the textual format. The conclusions reveal that both students and teachers show a high satisfaction level with this approach, highlighting the appreciation of individualized treatment and the quality of the feedback provided. The experience, therefore, demonstrates the advantages and effectiveness of incorporating audiovisual ICT resources in the educational feedback process.
