La intención del presente trabajo de final de grado es proponer el yoga como respuesta adecuada para paliar comportamientos negativos en las aulas de Educación Infantil.
El alumnado tiende a generar problemas de atención y concentración en el aula. Estas conductas manifiestan la necesidad de recurrir a estrategias y adecuar instrumentos para mejorar estos aspectos, mejorando la calidad de la enseñanza aprendizaje y poniendo el énfasis en la formación personal y social del alumnado.
El objetivo principal de esta investigación es dotar a los docentes de una herramienta alternativa, el yoga, a los contenidos convencionales, mediante una guía que explica, paso a paso, como integrarlo en el aula. Logrando que el alumnado interiorice y mejore la propia capacidad de concentración, relajación y atención; sin olvidar que, el uso de dicho manual, ayudará a mejorar el entorno del aula logrando un desarrollo y un proceso de aprendizaje más óptimo del alumnado.

The intention of this degree’s final dissertation is to offer Yoga as an adequate tool to modify negative behaviours inside our Pre- School Classrooms.
Our pupils tend to generate attention and concentration problems at the classroom. These manners manifest the need of undertaking strategies and adequate the necessary tools to improve the quality of teaching, learning and emphasize on our students personal and social development.
The main target for this investigation is to offer teachers an alternative tool like Yoga different to conventional ones, by using a guide which will explain step by step how to integrate it at the classroom. Therefore we will achieve that our students interiorize and improve their own concentration capacities, relaxation and attention abilities, without forgetting that by using this guide we will be helping in improving our classrooms, surroundings and achieving an optimum teaching and development process for students.
