Ecuadorian education has been affected for the last two years by the pandemic caused by COVID-19, causing those educational approaches and metodologies changed radically, pointing on mainly in the use of ICTs, including tutorials that focused on emotional support.
Mandatory isolation, suspension of presencial classes, led the appearance of several problems that would be visible in the returning face to face education, some biopsychosocial problems that could be identified in the investigation were: depression, anxiety, nervous anorexia, adaptation problems, sleeping problems among others. In addition to the academic gaps resulting from a biased and exclusive education.
For this reality is precisely that we must motivate the creation of a Tutorial Action Plan that focuses directly on the biopsychosocial problems resulting from the pandemic, specifically in the students at High school and International Baccalaureate who do not have a curricular base and effective tutoring.
