masterThesisResumen:
This work develops an Educational Innovation Plan for a Compulsory Secondary Education Centre in a municipality in Navarre and is based on a Diagnosis of Educational Innovation carried out previously. Firstly, a contextualisation exercise is carried out to find out the characteristics of the centre, its human and physical aspects, current educational innovation and the needs that have been observed. In order to respond to these needs, an Innovation Plan is proposed to be developed over three years, based on four fundamental axes: to strengthen horizontal leadership based on the transformation of the departments, to integrate the centre into the community and vice versa, to continuously train teachers in aspects necessary for good educational innovation and to develop and control new methodologies in the classroom. In this way, educational practice and theory will come together in a planned way, achieving the true objective of this Final Degree Project: to achieve quality education for all.
