dc.descriptionThe aim of this work is understand our own pedagogical-musical model, adapting and applying it to a group of inmates of Soto del Real’s prison, Madrid V. The pedagogical model has its origin in Dr. Sestelo Longueira’s investigation, whose line of research builds on formative and social transformation through the humanism of music. In this paper we try to know how music and its humanism acts in a social environment where the people are deprived of their freedom. For this purpose, acting as teacher-researchers, we use the action-research methodology, combining it with qualitative paradigm techniques. We bring a new artistic-musical approach, in line with the interventions and musical practices that have been carried out in different prisons. The results and reflections of this work open new avenues of investigation not only of musicological character, but also sociological and anthropological, thus discovering different applications of humanism of music.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEste trabajo tiene por objeto comprender nuestro propio modelo pedagógico-musical, adaptándolo y aplicándolo a un grupo de internos del centro penitenciario de Soto del Real, Madrid V. Dicho modelo tiene su origen en el conjunto de investigaciones de la doctora Esther Sestelo Longueira, cuya línea de investigación se basa en la formación y la transformación social a través del humanismo de la música. En este estudio tratamos de conocer cómo actúa la música y su humanismo, en un espacio social donde a los individuos que lo integran se les priva de libertad. Para ello, actuando como docentes-investigadores, empleamos la metodología de la investigación-acción, combinándola con técnicas del paradigma cualitativo. Aportamos un nuevo enfoque artístico-musical, siendo coherentes con las intervenciones y prácticas musicales que se han llevado a cabo en distintas prisiones. Los resultados y reflexiones de este trabajo abren nuevas vías de investigación no solo de carácter musicológico, sino también sociológico y antropológico, descubriendo así diferentes aplicaciones del humanismo de la música.es_ES
