| dc.description | This paper analyzes the figure of cybermules and itspossible criminal classification. For this, we take intoconsideration that we are facing a heterogeneousphenomenon, with a very wide casuistry, and we notethe main criminal typologies handled by doctrine andjurisprudence. This is a problematic issue, whereoscillating judicial sentences are appreciated, so it isnecessary to provide some useful interpretation criteriain judicial practice. Likewise, we focus attention tocryptocurrencies and the new scope of criminalopportunity that they represent, also in terms of thefigure of cybermules. | es_ES |

Para ello se tomaen consideración que nos hallamos ante un fenómenoheterogéneo, con una amplísima casuística, y seapuntan las principales tipologías delictivas manejadaspor la doctrina y la jurisprudencia. Se trata de unacuestión problemática, donde se aprecian sentenciasjudiciales oscilantes, por lo que es preciso aportaralgunos criterios de interpretación útiles en la práctica.Asimismo, se llama la atención sobre lascriptomonedas y el nuevo ámbito de oportunidadcriminal que suponen, también en cuanto a la figura delas cibermulas. | es_ES |
