masterThesisResumen:

These aspects are included in the educational project of the centre (PEC), and the educational legislation of Spain. Through a SWOT analysis that shows the weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities of the Pedro de Estopiñan educational centre, the general lines to work are identified, and in turn, the areas for improvement. The first proposed area focuses on improving the involvement of foreign families that make up the school, the next area focuses on the coexistence of the different agents that make up the educational community, and finally, the intercultural process is highlighted in a multicultural society such as that of the Autonomous City of Melilla.
