| dc.description | Artificial intelligence techniques have been applied to education and training and show promise to further increase the effectiveness of training. The purpose of these techniques is to produce computer-based tools to increase the quality of software education. Sorne prototypes appeared from 1984 to 1988. But, those systems have a lot of problems when they are applied. The complexity of the computer languages and the pedagogical knowledge (sometimes not very specific) are sorne of the principal reasons. N owadays, there are sorne areas of application very interested from the pedagogical point of view. In this sense, the main goal of this article is to analyze the applications of artificial intelligence in education and to speak about the problems, trends and implications of sorne of the current areas of research and development. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La utilización de técnicas de Inteligencia Artificial en el desarrollo de programas educativos se inició en los años setenta. Sin embargo, la complejidad de las técnicas y su adaptabilidad a los conocimientos psicopedagógicos, en ocasiones muy poco precisos, ha hecho que los progresos en este campo hayan sido lentos. No obstante, se apuntan en la actualidad diversas áreas de aplicación en las que parece haberse encontrado un camino prometedor. En este sentido, el objetivo fundamental de este artículo es mostrar las aportaciones más importantes de la inteligencia artificial a la educación así como plantear los problemas, límites y posibilidades de las líneas de trabajo actuales. | es_ES |
