| dc.description | The conflict armed in Colombia is a common topic in our country, in spite of the diverse actions realized by the National Government and territorial institutions for the victims’ support and the restructuring of the Public Politics (PP) in every government, they continue presenting unnumbered of people, victims for the armed conflict and those who have not been achieved to restore his rights. With this investigation, one seeks to investigate and to identify which are the different victims and institutions problematics opposite to the PP, if the execution of this one has been effective to correct the losses of the persons affected by the armed conflict and if the received repair expires with the necessary attention to prevent these victims from continuing being vulnerable before this terrible situation. This document contains the results of an investigation related to the scopes and challenges of the public politics of repair and assistance to the victims of the conflict armed in Bogotá, taking into account interviews with people affected by the armed conflict in order to know, from their experience, the orientation and support received from the competent entities; as well as the analysis of the PP since its creation and the reformulation of this in the different governments. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El conflicto armado en Colombia es un tema común en nuestro país, a pesar de las diversas acciones realizadas por el Gobierno Nacional y entes territoriales para el apoyo de víctimas y la reestructuración de la Política Pública (PP) en cada gobierno, se siguen presentando un sinnúmero de personas, víctimas por el conflicto armado y a quienes no se les ha logrado restablecer sus derechos. A través de esta investigación, se busca indagar e identificar cuáles son las diferentes problemáticas a las que se enfrentan tanto las víctimas como las instituciones prestadoras del servicio frente a la PP, si la ejecución de esta ha sido efectiva para subsanar las pérdidas de las personas afectadas por el conflicto armado y si la reparación recibida cumple con la atención necesaria para evitar que estas víctimas continúen siendo vulnerables ante esa situación lamentable. Este documento contiene los resultados de una investigación relacionada a los alcances y desafíos de la política pública de reparación y asistencia a las víctimas del conflicto armado en el Distrito Capital, teniendo en cuenta entrevistas a personas afectadas por el conflicto armado con el fin de conocer, desde su experiencia, la orientación y apoyo recibido desde las entidades competentes; así como el análisis de la PP desde su creación y la reformulación de esta en los distintos gobiernos. | es_ES |
