El acoso escolar, comúnmente conocido como “bullying”, es un problema que está a la orden del día en las aulas. Se viene investigando sobre este concepto desde hace años. Los diversos estudios han dado lugar a variados programas que marcan pautas sobre cómo prevenir y afrontar en el aula situaciones de bullying y actuar ante el mismo. El nivel de primero de ESO es una etapa clave en la que pueden surgir situaciones de bullying dado que confluyen diversos factores: pleno apogeo de la adolescencia, posible cambio de centro físico para los alumnos, conocimiento de nuevos compañeros llegados de otros centros, convivencia con alumnos de edades superiores, creación de la identidad personal, etc.
Ante la inquietud personal surge el deseo de investigar sobre el bullying y llevar a cabo el presente Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) en el que se presenta la elaboración de un programa con el objetivo de ayudar a prevenir el acoso escolar en el alumnado de primero de ESO. Para fundamentar la propuesta se ha realizado una inmersión en las fuentes bibliográficas cuyas ideas principales estarán expuestas más adelante y que explicitan la complejidad del tema además de la necesidad de actuar ante este fenómeno, que es el bullying y que tanto daño está causando en los alumnos, especialmente en aquellos que llegan de otros centros, los cuales en muchos casos se encuentran perdidos. También se han analizado otros aspectos como el tipo de crianza y su repercusión y la creación de la identidad personal, ya que son conceptos relacionados con el tema y la etapa en la que se centra.
En el programa elaborado se notarán características como la importancia del rol docente, participación activa, creación de un clima de confianza y positivo, ya que sigue el paradigma constructivista.

Bullying, commonly known as bullying, is a problem that is the order of the day in the classroom. We have been investigating this concept for years. The various studies have given rise to various programs that set guidelines on how to prevent and deal with situations of bullying in the classroom and act on it. The level of the first of ESO is a key stage in which situations of bullying can arise given that various factors converge: full height of adolescence, possible change of physical center for students, knowledge of new colleagues from other centers, coexistence with students of higher ages, creation of personal identity, etc.
Before the personal concern arises the desire to investigate bullying and carry out the present Final Master Project (TFM) which presents the development of a program with the aim of helping to prevent bullying in students of first of ESO. To substantiate the proposal has been an immersion in the bibliographic sources whose main ideas will be discussed later and which spell out the complexity of the topic as well as the need to act against this phenomenon, which is bullying and which is causing so much damage in students, especially in those who come from other centers, which in many cases are lost. Other aspects have also been analyzed, such as the type of upbringing and its repercussion and the creation of personal identity, since they are concepts related to the topic and the stage in which it is centered.
In the elaborated program will be noted characteristics such as the importance of the teaching role, active participation, creation of a climate of trust and positive, as it follows the constructivist paradigm.
