Floranes, destacado erudito español del siglo XVIII, dejó una obra abundante, pero de análisis complejo. Aunque es reconocido principalmente por sus trabajos sobre historia del derecho y jurisprudencia, su legado incluye cientos de páginas relacionadas con otras materias como la historia antigua. En ese ámbito, aunque no siempre se distingue por la brillantez de sus aportaciones, muestra un notable compromiso con la precisión y exhaustividad documental. | es_ES |
