dc.descriptionToday's society is immersed in an eminently digital context, where the development of skills and abilities that enable the effective use of existing technological elements has become a necessity. While it is true that this reality has reached all sectors of society, it is essential for teachers to have a good level of digital literacy in order to be able to adequately train their students. Therefore, the general objective of this study is to find out the level of digital competence among Geography and History teachers. A quantitative methodology has been used for this purpose, using a survey to respond to the proposed objective, with the participation of a total of 330 Geography and History teachers who teach in the educational stages of Compulsory Secondary Education and/or Baccalaureate. Among the main results, it is worth noting that most of them have a CDD level of A2. In conclusion, it is important to point out that technological resources must be accessible and facilitate the teaching-learning process.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa sociedad actual se encuentra inmersa en un contexto eminentemente digital, donde el desarrollo de destrezas y habilidades que permiten emplear de manera eficaz los elementos tecnológicos que existen se ha convertido en una necesidad. Si bien es cierto que esta realidad ha llegado a todos los sectores de la sociedad, resulta fundamental que los docentes tengan un buen nivel en materia digital para poder formar adecuadamente a su alumnado. Por ello, el objetivo general de este estudio es conocer el nivel de competencia digital entre los docentes de Geografía e Historia. Se ha usado para ello una metodología cuantitativa, empleando para dar respuesta al objetivo propuesto una encuesta, participando un total de 330 profesores de Geografía e Historia que imparten clases en las etapas educativas de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y/o Bachillerato. Entre los principales resultados cabe destacar que la mayoría tiene un nivel en CDD A2. Como conclusión es importante señala que los recursos tecnológicos deben de ser accesibles y que faciliten los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje.es_ES
