| dc.description | In this work, the regulatory foundations and general characteristics of indigenous regulatory systems are presented. According to the literature on the subject, we reflect on the legal pluralism that these systems have brought about in our country. Through existing regulations and, above all, through the use of jurisprudence, we seek to understand how indigenous systems relate to the ordinary or non-indigenous system, exploring possible areas of opportunity to legislate on the matter, specifically, in the Law Organic of the Judicial Power of the Federation and the National Code of Civil and Family Procedures. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se presentan los fundamentos normativos y características generales de los sistemas normativos indígenas. Conforme a la literatura en la materia se reflexiona sobre el pluralismo jurídico que dichos sistemas han comportado en nuestro país. A través de las normas existentes y, sobre todo, mediante el empleo de la jurisprudencia se busca entender cómo se relacionan los sistemas indígenas con el sistema ordinario o no indígena explorando posibles áreas de oportunidad para legislar en la materia, en concreto, en la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial de la Federación y en el Código Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares. | es_ES |
