dc.descriptionThe objective of this work is to design the structure of a portfolio in which the learning evidence related to the Project Management subject of the Master's Degree in Systems Management of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) is collected and allows working on certain basic contents about emotional intelligence, a key aspect in project management. To get this objective, the portfolio was designed and distributed among the students of the subject. Subsequently, the usefulness of portfolio was assessed by distributing a brief survey among the students. In this survey, we asked, among other questions, if the designed portfolio had facilitated the learning of certain aspects related to emotional intelligence such as emotion management. The analysis of the results shows that the students have welcomed this initiative positively and shows the awareness that the students have about the importance of developing their personal skills to carry out a more effective project management.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar la estructura de un portafolio en el que se recojan las evidencias de aprendizaje relativas a la asignatura Gestión de Proyectos del Máster Universitario de Gestión de Sistemas de la Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (UPC) y permita trabajar ciertos contenidos básicos sobre inteligencia emocional, aspecto clave en la gestión de proyectos. Para ello, se realizó el diseño del portafolio y se distribuyó entre el alumnado de la asignatura en cuestión. Posteriormente, se valoró la utilidad de dicho portafolio distribuyendo una breve encuesta entre el alumnado. En ella, se preguntaba entre otras cuestiones, si el portafolio diseñado había facilitado el aprendizaje de ciertos aspectos ligados a la inteligencia emocional como la gestión de las emociones. El análisis de los resultados, pone de manifiesto que el alumnado ha acogido esta iniciativa de forma positiva y evidencia la consciencia que tiene el alumnado sobre la importancia del desarrollo de sus competencias personales para llevar a cabo una gestión de proyectos más efectiva.es_ES
