| dc.description | The Civil War (1936-1939) has undoubtedly marked a before and after both in history and in Spanish culture. The military uprising would break Spain in half, becoming not only a war with its bloody battle fronts, but also a struggle to impose and exercise control of the rearguards through propaganda, and gain sympathy abroad. This article analyzes, in a synthetic way through a bibliographic review, the future of Spanish cinematography in both sides (the national and the republican), in addition to taking an approach to the contributions of the foreign film industry, at the time of win wills through film discourse. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Guerra Civil (1936-1939) ha marcado, sin duda, un antes y un después tanto en la Historia como en la cultura española. La sublevación militar rompería a España por la mitad, convirtiéndose no solo en una contienda bélica con sus sangrientos frentes de batalla, sino también en una pugna por imponer y ejercer un control de las retaguardias a través de la propaganda, y granjearse simpatías en el exterior. Este artículo analiza, de manera sintética a través de una revisión bibliográfica, el devenir de la cinematografía española en ambos bandos (el nacional y el republicano), además de llevar un acercamiento a las aportaciones de la industria de cine extranjera, a la hora de ganar las volun-tades a través del discurso fílmico. | es_ES |
