The main objective of this investigative work is to know the support that the students of the “Voluntas Dei” Educational Unit received from their relatives during the virtual classes due to the confinement of Covid-19, in which the parents were forced to remain in quarantine and for their children to continue the study from their homes. On the other hand, the methodology used in this research is quantitative in which a survey was applied to each family member of the students of the different educational levels, through the Google Drive tool, 714 responses were obtained that were analyzed using statistical data, and to know the level of support that students received during the time of the health emergency. Finally, a large part of the family members was not prepared to help their children effectively in their virtual education, since they had little involvement in the teaching-learning process of their children, so it was difficult to carry out the proper accompaniment. It should be mentioned that most of the families were affected by this new study modality, since not all have the necessary resources or tools to receive an online education.
