dc.descriptionThe collaborative economy is a phenomenon that has been acquiring a growing role throughout Europe, and particularly in Spain and Portugal, in many different areas and sectors. Starting from an attempt of generic conceptualization of this phenomenon and concretion of its main characteristic notes, this paper intends to analyze its impact especially in the real estate field, focusing on two clearly differentiated businesses: the collaborative tourist accommodations and the cohousing; two figures that are said to be collaborative but that have been developed in different ways in this respect and that pose different challenges to answer from the law in general, and civil law in particular.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa economía colaborativa es un fenómeno que ha ido adquiriendo un protagonismo cada vez mayor en toda Europa, y particularmente en España y Portugal, en muy diversos ámbitos y sectores. Partiendo de un intento de conceptualización genérica de este fenónemo y concreción de sus principales notas características, en este trabajo se pretende analizar su impacto especialmente en el ámbito inmobiliario fijándonos en dos negocios claramente diferenciados: los alojamientos turísticos colaborativos y el cohousing; dos figuras que se dicen son colaborativas pero que se han desarrollado de diversa forma a este respecto y que plantean distintos retos a dar respuesta desde el Derecho en general, y el Derecho civil en particulares_ES
