This document includes the work about the 360 degree evaluation, also known as
comprehensive evaluation. The need for work development lies mainly in the difficulty
that is found in the current market, to be able to carry out evaluations in several levels in
an agile and simple way, obtaining results immediately. The project focuses on evaluation
within the education sector, but this system is directly applicable to the business sector.
To achieve the objective, a system has been designed and developed, using industrial
standards, to evaluate the competences acquired after a cooperative work carried out in
the classroom. The result obtained will serve to fix in a value, the degree of satisfaction
of the work team. For the design, the strategy of the Cooperative Learning Methodology
was used, which will allow to evaluate the different techniques that are applied in the
structures that work in this methodology. The results obtained will serve as a score to
be able to assess transversal competences of the students, in an objective and coherent
manner. Teachers will have the opportunity to use a tool to justify the evaluation of learning
effectively and efficiently. The result of the evaluation system will bring great benefits to the
teaching sector, which will have a positive impact on the optimization of student learning.
