| dc.description | Terrorism is one of the biggest problems of the XXI century. Among the most outstanding terrorist groups, Daesh sets itself up as one of the cruelest and savage groups in its aim’s achievement. The greatest challenge States has, is terrorism eradication. It is a social, political, criminological and humanitarian issue, without precedent. In order to obliterate it, international institutions, Community bodies, and state agencies try to study this phenomenon to find the most suitable solution. Among the instruments used to combat any terrorist action, we find the law. Spain, due to its past, has one of the latest legislation concerning terrorism. However, Spain must keep improving it, through legislative changes, as the one carried out by the LO 2/2015 that amend some articles under the Chapter VII of our criminal code. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El terrorismo es uno de los mayores problemas del siglo XXI. Entre los grupos terroristas más relevantes, el Daesh se erige como uno de los más crueles y bárbaros en la consecución de sus fines. El reto más importante para todos los Estados es el de su erradicación. Se trata de un fenómeno social, político, criminológico y humanitario sin precedentes. Para poder hacer frente a su eliminación organismos internacionales, comunitarios y estatales intentan estudiar este fenómeno para buscar las soluciones más adecuadas. Entre las herramientas utilizadas para conseguir suprimir toda actuación terrorista encontramos la ley. España, debido a su pasado, tiene una de las legislaciones más modernas y actuales en materia de terrorismo. Sin embargo, debe seguir mejorándola a través de modificaciones legislativas como la llevada a cabo por la LO 2/2015 que reformó parte del articulado contenido en el Capítulo VII del Código Penal. | es_ES |
