dc.description | The discoveries experienced by Neuroscience during the 21st century have been essential to approach us to a better understanding of learning and development processes. These advances have brought with them a new conception about different key aspects considered in those processes, such as intelligence, which have become essential to redefine a new educational paradigm in which creativity and multiple intelligences must be taken into account. The aim of this study is to analyse the impact of a school with a free learning environment in the development of both variables and see if any kind of correlation between them exists. For this purpose, the study analyses the reality of a free-alternative school located in Austria concerning to Multiple Intelligences and Creativity through a sample of 30 students aged between 6 and 14 years old. The methods used are: the Armstrong test, specific for evaluating multiple intelligences in Elementary Education students; the McKenzie test, specific for evaluating multiple intelligences in Highschool Education students; and the creative thinking test called CREA. The data obtained showed a high-medium level in multiple intelligences and a medium level related to creativity. The results showed as well a correlation between creativity and some of the multiple intelligences, such as linguistic, intrapersonal and naturalist intelligences. To end up, we propose a program to develop creativity and multiple intelligences through the English offer offered in the school, taking into account the educative context’s reality. | es_ES |
| es_ES |
