| dc.description | Objective: The aim of this study was to disclose the relationships between, saccadic movements, speed reading and the different postures adopted by the students during the reading process and how they affect the academic performance of learners. Material and Methods: The 17 individuals of the sample on which this study has been based, are between 9 and 10 years old. The work with this group of students has been carried out on an individual basis at the classroom, facing different tests that have allowed us to extract the necessary information for this study on visual and reading skills, and developing its respective intervention proposal. Results: It can be said that four of the students have problems with the saccadic movements, reading skills and low level performance. Conclusions: It’s provided then an intervention proposal, which could improve the visual and reading skills and the whole learning process. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: El presente trabajo, ha partido de una muestra de 17 alumnos en la que se ha tenido por objeto: El estudio de las siguientes variables: relación existente entre movimientos sacádicos, velocidad lectora y distancias posturales adoptadas por los alumnos durante el proceso lector y cómo éstas influyen en el rendimiento escolar. Material y Métodos: La muestra de 17 sujetos, a la que se ha realizado el estudio presenta edades comprendidas entre los 9 y 10 años. Con ellos, se ha trabajado de una forma individualizada, abordando diferentes pruebas que nos han permitido extraer los datos necesarios para realizar el estudio sobre sus habilidades visuales y lectoras y su correspondiente propuesta de intervención. Resultados: Se puede decir que cuatro alumnos presentan problemas de movimiento sacádico, lectura y bajo rendimiento. Conclusiones: Se prevé necesaria una propuesta de intervención, que podría mejorar las habilidades visuales, lectura y el proceso de aprendizaje. | es_ES |
