| dc.description | Identifying the actors involved in cultural heritage management in any territory is an exercise that must be approached strategically; it must go beyond simply mentioning names and contributions; it must be an input to support decision-making and build synergies in management processes. This research aimed to develop a model for the strategic identification of stakeholders involved in cultural heritage management on San Andrés Island, Colombia. This model would serve to determine the number and who they are, their contributions, the tone of their interaction, and their perspectives on key management issues. This model would provide information for reflection and contributions to cultural heritage management processes and would be applicable to other geographical contexts. The methodological approach employed in this study was a mixed approach: qualitative, based on bibliographical exploration and interviews; and quantitative, based on data collection and analysis techniques. This approach was applied in a four-phase procedure, with 11 activities, a continuous cycle of reflection, conclusion, and contributions, and a step-by-step summary for applying the developed model in a geographical context different from that of the case study. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La identificación de actores implicados en la gestión del patrimonio cultural en cualquier territorio es un ejercicio que se debe abordar estratégicamente; debe sobrepasar la simple mención de nombres y aportes; debe ser un insumo de apoyo en la toma de decisiones para construcción de sinergias en los procesos de gestión. La presente investigación se hizo con el objetivo de desarrollar un modelo para la identificación estratégica de actores implicados en la gestión del patrimonio cultural en la Isla de San Andrés-Colombia; que sirva para conocer cuántos y quienes son, sus aportes, en que tono interactúan entre ellos, cuáles son sus puntos de vista sobre algún tema clave en la gestión; que suministre información para hacer reflexiones y aportes en los procesos de gestión del patrimonio cultural y que sea aplicable a otros contextos geográficos. El enfoque metodológico empleado en este estudio fue Mixto; cualitativo de tipo exploración bibliográfica y entrevistas; y cuantitativo en la técnica para recolección de datos y análisis de datos. Este enfoque se aplicó en un procedimiento de 4 fases, 11 actividades, un ciclo permanente de reflexión, conclusión y aportes, y un resumen de paso a paso para aplicación del modelo desarrollado en un contexto geográfico distinto al del caso de estudio. | es_ES |
