Abstract

Law in a liquid world defies the neat borders and entrenched hierarchies of the past. Globalization accelerates the fusion and friction of national systems, while digitalization amplifies corporate influence and spawns intangible conflicts that transcend territorial authority. In parallel, community justice movements reclaim local voices, yet pose formidable challenges of integration with universal rights.
