| dc.description | In this work it is carried out an analysis of the impact of the right to religious freedom in the context of the employment relationship, given that the power of business management can impose certain restrictions and limits. The problem lies in clearly identifying the border that separates the power that the company has to make decisions in aspects related to the religious freedom of the worker and that area or space reserved for the worker that must be protected from the sphere of business power. | dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de la afectación del derecho a la libertad religiosa en el contexto de la relación laboral, dado que el poder de dirección empresarial puede imponer ciertas restricciones y límites. El problema se halla en identificar claramente la frontera que separa el poder que tiene la empresa para tomar decisiones en aspectos relacionados con la libertad religiosa de la persona trabajadora y aquel ámbito o espacio reservado de la persona trabajadora que debe quedar protegido frente al ámbito del poder empresarial. De hecho, contamos con varias sentencias recientes muy interesantes al respecto. | es_ES |
