Resumen:
El éxodo masivo venezolano registrado a partir del año 2016 hacia los países de América Latina, ha significado un desafío para los Estados receptores de migración. En este sentido, los países receptores de flujos migratorios han generado políticas públicas para dar respuestas a las demandas de la población migrante, en muchos, casos con carácter de emergencia y urgente.
En el marco de la migración Sur- Sur, esta investigación se pregunta si es la cooperación internacional la alternativa que permita enfrentar de manera oportuna y acertada la crisis social generada por el éxodo de ciudadanos venezolanos hacia el Ecuador y Sudamérica durante el período 2016 a 2020.
Para resolver lo planteado, se llevará a cabo un trabajo descriptivo, cuantitativo y cualitativo a través de la recolección de información y datos de fuentes oficiales que permitan determinar el papel que ha tenido la cooperación internacional con el fin de coadyuvar la gestión del Estado ecuatoriano y de esta manera mitigar los efectos sociales producidos ante el éxodo masivo venezolano y generando a su vez el compromiso por consolidar in régimen internacional regional que aborde este tema.

The Venezuelan mass exodus registered from the year 2016 to the countries of Latin America has meant a challenge for the receiving States of migration. In this sense, the countries that receive migratory flows have generated public policies to respond to the demands of the migrant population, in many cases on an emergency and urgent basis. In the context of South-South migration, this research asks if international cooperation is the alternative that allows facing in a timely and accurate manner the social crisis generated by the exodus of Venezuelan citizens to Ecuador and South America during the period 2016 to 2020. To resolve this theme, this paper will develop, a descriptive, quantitative and qualitative work based on the information and data obtained from official sources that allow determining the role that international cooperation has had in order to contribute to the management of the Ecuadorian State to mitigate the social effects produced by the Venezuelan mass exodus and, besides this, generating the commitment to consolidate a regional international regime that addresses this issue.
