En una sociedad como la actual hiperdigital y sexualizada, la incidencia del consumo de la pornografía se ha disparado, habiendo múltiples estudios que sitúan en consumo de material pornográfico on-line en los 12 e incluso en los 10 años.
De esta forma, teniendo en cuenta el incremento de las personas que tienen acceso al material, así como la rebaja del límite de edad, hace que debamos tomar conciencia de los riesgos que puede acarrear en muchos sujetos, no por lo moralmente reprochable que pueda llegar a ser la conducta, sino por poder llegar a encontrarnos ante una adicción con consecuencias médicas diagnosticables.
Esto me ha hecho preguntarme hasta donde las adicciones conductuales y en concreto el consumo de pornografía on-line tiene repercusiones en la toma de decisiones y a la hora de manifestar un consentimiento matrimonial válido.

In a society like the current hyperdigital and sexualized, the incidence of pornography consumption has skyrocketed, with multiple studies that place the consumption of pornographic material online at 12 and even 10 years old.
In this way, the increase in the number of people who have access to the material, as well as the reduction of the age limit, means that we must become aware of the risks it can entail in many subjects, not because of how morally reprehensible the behavior may be, but for being able to find ourselves before an addiction with diagnosable medical consequences.
This has made me wonder to what extent behavioral addictions and in particular the consumption of online pornography have repercussions on decision-making and when expressing valid marital consent.
