confinamiento.
Descripción:
Mindfulness is a technique for consciously paying attention to the experience of the present
moment. It must be achieved by paying concrete, sustained and deliberate attention
without judging the different experiences of the here and now.
This final degree Project, intends to progressively introduce the different mindfulness
techniques to the educational community so that everyone can achieve their benefits. These
benefits can help students to be calm and more focused on an exam or activity, to resolve
conflicts in the classroom, to get to know themselves and others better, etc.
This techniques can also help families, teachers and others in the educational community to
reduce the stress caused by the long day. Even in these times of pandemic and confinement,
people have felt more repressed or low in spirits and having an established routine of
mindfulness exercises can help regulate emotions and behaviours derived from long
confinement.
