Resumen:
Los inicios del siglo XXI han generado grandes cambios en el arte contemporáneo con
la aparición del street art y el graffiti dentro de la vanguardia del arte urbano, lo que ha
posibilitado nuevas sinergias culturales y artísticas. Es así que se han creado innumerables
colectivos que se han involucrado en el arte urbano para desarrollar una red de comunicación
entre artistas con el fin de compartir experiencias y conocimientos. De manera que los
colectivos de arte se han posicionado como los principales referentes de la regeneración
cultural urbana a través del street art y el graffiti, esto a su vez ha permitido que la voz y
destreza de los artistas queden impregnadas en los muros, logrando acaparar la atención de
coleccionistas o patrocinadores que han visto en el arte un medio de mejora social, dejando
de lado las antiguas denominaciones que lo relacionaban como un acto vandálico.
Por tanto, el presente proyecto, se encargará del estudio del arte urbano como
potenciador dinámico del arte y la cultura en la ciudadanía del cantón Calvas, todo ello con el
fin de promover el talento y la dedicación artística local, a través de la creación de un colectivo
de arte urbano y la realización de una propuesta muralista como medios de mejora social y
cultural

The beginnings of the 21st century have generated great changes in contemporary art
with the appearance of street art and graffiti within the avant-garde of urban art, which has
made possible new cultural and artistic synergies. Thus, innumerable groups have been
created that have been involved in urban art to develop a communication network between
artists in order to share experiences and knowledge. In such a way that art collectives have
positioned themselves as the main references of urban cultural regeneration through street
art and graffiti, this in turn has allowed the voice and skill of the artists to be impregnated in
the walls, managing to monopolize the attention of collectors or sponsors who have seen art
as a means of social improvement, leaving aside the old names that related it as an act of
vandalism.
Therefore, this project will be responsible for the study of urban art as a dynamic
enhancer of art and culture in the citizens of the Calvas canton, all with the aim of promoting
local artistic talent and dedication, through the creation of an urban art Collective and the
realization of a muralist proposal as a means of social and cultural improvement.
