dc.description.abstract	This chapter analyzes the current state of open educational resources (OER) in the Belt and Road countries, including China. Additionally, it conducts a comparative study to draw conclusions and guidelines on how to facilitate OER adoption in the Belt and Road countries. The findings of this chapter could help several stakeholders, including policymakers and government agents, to obtain a clear idea about what is still missing to facilitate OER adoption.	es_ES
