“De pana a pana”. Programa de formación de mediadores de conflictos para estudiantes de bachillerato

Hoy en día, los espacios educativos son escenarios de casos de violencia entre estudiantes,
intervenir ante esta realidad requiere la implementación de una propuesta que involucre la
participación de sus principales protagonistas, es decir los estudiantes.
El programa de formación de mediadores de conflictos para estudiantes de bachillerato “De
pana a pana”, a través de un enfoque inclusivo e intercultural, es una alternativa para que los
jóvenes aprendan a resolver sus diferencias de manera pacífica, siendo el diálogo una de las
principales herramientas a poner en práctica. La mediación es una de las técnicas de
resolución de conflictos, más efectiva porque favorece el diálogo, la escucha activa, precisa
que las partes involucradas elaboren sus acuerdos y compromisos guiados por un tercero.
La formación de mediadores de conflictos para estudiantes de bachillerato, se realizará a
través de talleres vivenciales, dirigido a un grupo previamente seleccionado de estudiantes,
este proceso de formación posibilitará la adquisición de competencias necesarias para guiar
de manera adecuada a sus pares, ante un conflicto. La aplicación de este programa, pretende
modificar de manera positiva la dinámica relacional de los estudiantes, fomentar una cultura
de paz en la institución educativa y aportará a su formación integral como seres humanos.

Nowadays, the educational spaces are scenarios of cases of violence among students,
interfering before this reality calls for the implementation of a proposal that involves the
participation of their principal protagonists, that is to say the students.
The program of formation of conflict mediator for bachelor students “De pana a pana”,
through an inclusive and intercultural focus is an alternative so that young boys may learn to
solve their differences in a peaceful way, dialogue being one of the main tools to practice
with. Mediation is one of the most effective techniques to solve conflicts, due to promoting
dialogue, active listening, which are useful when the involved parts elaborate their
agreements and commitments guided by a third person.
The formation of conflict mediator for bachelor students, will be done through experiential
workshops, addressed to a group of previously selected students, this formation process will
make possible the necessary competency acquisition to guide in a proper way to their pairs,
before a conflict. The application of this program, aims to modify in a positive way the
dynamic relations in the students, promote a peace culture in the educative institution and it
will contribute to their integral formation as human beings.
