El objetivo último de la educación es alcanzar el desarrollo íntegro de los alumnos. Durante
las últimas décadas, se ha manifestado un claro intento por alcanzar tal crecimiento. En la
actualidad, se hace evidente la necesidad de incluir una educación emocional en cualquier
ámbito de la educación, prevaleciendo que ésta se dé durante las primeras etapas de la
infancia para garantizar así su pleno desarrollo. A pesar de existir multitud de corrientes y
técnicas que ofrecen herramientas para desarrollar la inteligencia emocional de los
alumnos, durante el presente Trabajo de Fin de Master, la actividad física y el mindfulness
serán las protagonistas en las que se establezca el eje central, desarrollado a partir de una
batería de actividades enfocadas al desarrollo de las inteligencias intrapersonal e
interpersonal con el objetivo de disminuir los estados de nerviosismo, ansiedad y
agresividad en los alumnos, así como fomentar vínculos afectivos perdurables en el tiempo
dentro del grupo de alumnos al que va dirigida la propuesta de intervención.

The ultimate goal of education is to achieve the full development of students. During the last
decades, a clear attempt has been made to achieve such growth. At present, the need to
include an emotional education in any field of education is evident, prevailing that it occurs
during the early stages of childhood to ensure its full development. Although there are many
currents and techniques that offer tools to develop the emotional intelligence of students,
during this Master's End Work, physical activity and mindfulness will be the protagonists in
establishing the central axis, developed to From a battery of activities focused on the
development of intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligences with the aim of reducing states
of nervousness, anxiety and aggressiveness in students, as well as foster lasting bonds of
affection within the group of students to which it is directed the intervention proposal.
