| dc.description | Tax havens are a scourge to the emerging economies of Latin America, they are jurisdictions that facilitate the evasion of the fiscal obligations acquired in the countries of origin. In turn, these territories become guaridas for the administration and concealment of the assets derived from the criminal enterprise, this scourge that hits Colombia. The objective of this work is the identification of variants of tax evasion of the great mining locomotives that extract the riches of Colombia without leaving profits in the country that are devastating, the development of the work is done through the documentary analysis by means of the evaluation of Variables that affect mining taxation in Colombia; Perceiving that the actions taken by the government do not benefit the population but the large multinationals that devastate the mining wealth of Colombia. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Los paraísos fiscales son un flagelo para las economías emergentes de América Latina, son jurisdicciones que facilitan la evasión de las obligaciones fiscales adquiridas en los países de origen. A su vez, se convierten en refugios para la administración y ocultamiento de los activos derivados de la empresa criminal, flagelo este que golpea a Colombia. El objetivo de este trabajo es la identificación de variantes de elusión y evasión fiscal de las grandes locomotoras mineras que extraen las riquezas de Colombia sin dejar ganancias en el país que están devastando, el desarrollo del trabajo se hace mediante el análisis documental por medio de la evaluación de variables que afectan la tributación en materia minera en Colombia; percibiendo que las acciones asumidas por el gobierno no benefician a la población sino a las grandes multinacionales que arrasan con las riquezas mineras de Colombia. | es_ES |
