dc.description	The terrorism is one of the aspects that most concern our society today due to there are enough reasons to affirm that nobody is exempt from the risk of being a victim of a terrorist act. In this paper we will study the response offered in criminal legislation to prevent and combat terrorism through the history. In order to carry out this study, we must first conceptualize the term terrorism, as well as make a brief study of the main terrorist groups or types of terrorism that have acted in our country. We will analyze from a historical perspective the Penal Codes that have been promulgated in our country from the so-called first Criminal Code in 1822 until the last modification of the current Penal Code in 1995. This tour through the different Codes and the different special legislations on terrorism will be done by looking criminal tools they offer as well as analyzing the historical-political context in which they were promulgated.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El fenómeno terrorista es uno de los que más preocupa en nuestra sociedad actual al existir suficientes razones para afirmar que nadie está exento del riesgo de poder verse inmerso o ser víctima de un acto terrorista. En este trabajo estudiaremos la respuesta penal que el legislador ha ofrecido para prevenir y combatir el terrorismo en diferentes momentos de nuestra historia. Para poder llevar a cabo este estudio, previamente deberemos conceptualizar el término terrorismo, así como realizar un sucinto estudio de los principales grupos terroristas o tipos de terrorismo que han actuado en nuestro país. Analizaremos desde una perspectiva histórica los Códigos Penales que se han promulgado en nuestro país desde el denominado primer Código Penal del año 1822, hasta la última modificación del actual Código Penal de 1995. Este recorrido por los diferentes Códigos e, incluso, por las diferentes legislaciones especiales sobre terrorismo se hará buscando en ellos las herramientas penales que ofrecen, así como analizando el contexto histórico-político en el que se promulgaron.	es_ES
