| dc.description | This is an attempt to create a first join between The General State Budget and the citizen. The objective consists in an attractive layout analazing and showing the revenue and expenditure. The summary budget that you can find is from the years 2007 to 2016. That way, the citizen gets a better understanding on the taxes’ distribution and the expense accounts of each ministerial portfolio. So, the result is a well-informed citizen with minimal effort. For the realization of this project Big Data techniques, related to the extraction of data from web sides, data analysis and data visualization, were used. The project’s success is measured by a final study with independent people, having to fill in a survey about their different impressions when comparing the original reports and the visual graphics created for this project. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo es un primer acercamiento gráfico de las cuentas del Gobierno a la población. El objetivo consiste en analizar y visualizar de una manera atractiva los resúmenes presupuestarios de los ingresos y gastos que ha realizado el Gobierno desde 2007 hasta 2016. De esta manera, el ciudadano puede entender mejor la distribución de los impuestos y el gasto que supone cada cartera ministerial, otorgando al lector una visión financiera básica de la situación económica en España. Para llevarlo a cabo, se emplean técnicas avanzadas en el tratamiento de datos, análisis de contenido y visualización interactiva de la información. Para medir si se ha logrado el propósito, se realiza un estudio final que valora positiva o negativamente el uso de estas técnicas en el ámbito de la macro economía. | es_ES |
