| dc.description | The final master's project aims to design an intercultural educational proposal to promote quality learning and social inclusion in ethnic students. For this, objectives were built aimed at knowing theoretical elements of interculturality and inclusion, as well as training obstacles, discrimination and exclusion of students. The educational methodology focused on training strategies under the cooperative and participatory method. A strategic proposal was built consisting of 7 key activities, each of these is structured by; name, objective, description, stages and timing. At the same time, various educational methodologies are established, used to structure the activities and apply them in the classroom, delimiting the resources for their development. Benefits in the inclusive and communicative development of children, as well as an increase in the quality of learning, are expected as a product of future implementation. With the TFM it is expected to improve communication in the multicultural classroom, increasing the quality of social relationships and inclusion. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo final de master tiene como objetivo diseñar una propuesta educativa intercultural para favorecer el aprendizaje de calidad y la inclusión social en estudiantes étnicos. Para esto, se construyeron objetivos inclinados a conocer elementos teóricos de la interculturalidad e inclusión, así como los obstáculos formativos, discriminación y exclusión de los estudiantes. La metodología educativa se centró en estrategias formativas bajo el método cooperativo y participativo. Se construyó una propuesta estratégica compuesta por 7 actividades claves, cada una de estas se estructura por; nombre, objetivo, descripción, etapas y temporización. A su vez se establecen diversas metodologías educativas, empleadas para estructurar las actividades y aplicarlas en el aula, delimitando los recursos para su desarrollo. Se espera como producto de una futura implementación beneficios en el desarrollo inclusivo y comunicativo de los niños, así como el aumento de la calidad del aprendizaje. Con el TFM se espera mejorar la comunicación del aula multicultural, logrando aumentar la calidad de las relaciones sociales y la inclusión. | es_ES |
