El acoso escolar, comúnmente conocido como bullying, y el ciberbullying se pueden caracterizar por ser algunas de las problemáticas más graves en los centros escolares, ya que presentan dificultades para su detección, prevención y la puesta en marcha de estrategias para su intervención. Además, lo primordial son las consecuencias negativas que pueden causarle a la víctima, el agresor y los espectadores. Por ello, este trabajo se basa en una propuesta de un programa multicéntrico de prevención ante dichas situaciones, basándose en tres centros educativos localizados en el Sur de España, Sevilla, Córdoba y Almería, el cual va a constar de dos partes. Por un lado, se enfoca en una revisión bibliográfica donde se abarcan conceptos como el bullying, ciberbullying y la mediación, incluyendo la normativa de protección a menores. Por otro lado, se centra en la implementación de la propuesta, en la que se incluyen las etapas, las actividades desarrolladas y el cronograma general. Finalmente, se lleva a cabo la evaluación del proyecto, las conclusiones y las limitaciones que puede tener su implementación.

Bullying and cyberbullying can be characterized as some of the most serious problems in schools since they present difficulties in their detection, prevention, and implementation of strategies for their intervention. In addition, the main thing is the negative consequences that can cause the victim, the aggressor, and the spectators. Therefore, this work is based on a proposal for a multicenter prevention program in these situations, based on three educational centers located in the South of Spain; Seville, Córdoba, and Almería, which will consist of two parts. On the one hand, it focuses on a bibliographic review where concepts such as bullying, cyberbullying, and mediation are covered, including the regulations for the protection of minors. On the other hand, it focuses on the implementation of the proposal, which includes the stages, the activities developed, and the general schedule. Finally, the evaluation of the project, the conclusions and the limitations that its implementation may have are carried out.
