| dc.description | This paper provides an exhaustive analysis of the consideration of heart attacks suffered by workers as an occupational hazard pursuant to Art. 156 of the Spanish General Social Security Law (LGSS). To this end, the numerous judicial pronouncements and case law on the subject are analysed. Particular attention should be paid to paragraphs 1 and 3 of Art. 156 of the LGSS, as well as the possibility of including heart attacks in the accident in itinere or on mission. From the analysis carried out, it has been made more flexible and broadly interpreted to cover the maximum number of possible situations in order to provide maximum protection to the worker. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se realiza un análisis exhaustivo de la consideración de los infartos sufridos por los trabajadores como accidente de trabajo ex art. 156 LGSS. Para ello se analizan los numerosos pronunciamientos judiciales y la casuística habida al respecto. Merecen especial atención los apartados 1 y 3 del art. 156 LGSS, así como la posibilidad de la inclusión del infarto en el accidente in itinere o en misión. Del análisis realizado se observa una flexibilización e interpretación amplia del mismo para abarcar el máximo número posible de situaciones posibles en pro de otorgar la máxima protección al trabajador. | es_ES |
