dc.description	An online university can be a good setting to foster flexible education and to encourage active and informal learning. However, in order to benefit from this combination, training and proper implementation are needed. This paper refers to an educational experience carried out in an online university with a sample of 107 students studying Infant, Primary and Secondary education. It is comprised of an active learning proposal that aims to make online education more flexible by means of using different initiatives which are developed within the framework of the same subject. Self-regulation, autonomy, collaboration, interaction and informal learning make up a holistic approach focused on improving the educational experience of the students. By using an online questionnaire, it can be verified that the appropriate and frequent use of forums by the teaching staff is a fundamental tool for helping the students. Likewise, it can be concluded that the Edpuzzle platform contributes to the flexibility of the learning process, providing students with greater autonomy and self-regulation. In addition, the possibility of carrying out activities in pairs and the use of digital tools are also aspects to consider when aiming to make online education more personalized and flexible.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La universidad online puede ser un buen escenario para promover una educación flexible y para fomentar un aprendizaje activo e informal. Sin embargo, para beneficiarse de esta combinación, hace falta formación y una adecuada implementación. La presente investigación hace referencia a una experiencia educativa llevada a cabo en una universidad online con una muestra de 107 estudiantes de Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria. Se trata de una propuesta de aprendizaje activo que tiene como objetivo flexibilizar la educación online por medio de diferentes iniciativas que se desarrollan dentro del marco de una misma materia. La autorregulación, la autonomía, la colaboración, la interacción y el aprendizaje informal conforman una propuesta holística enfocada a mejorar la experiencia educativa del alumnado. Empleando un cuestionario online, se comprueba que el uso adecuado y frecuente de los foros por parte del profesorado supone un instrumento de ayuda fundamental para los estudiantes. Así mismo, se concluye que la plataforma Edpuzzle contribuye a la flexibilización del proceso de aprendizaje, proporcionando una mayor autonomía y autorregulación al alumnado. Además, la posibilidad de realizar actividades en parejas y el empleo de herramientas digitales también son aspectos a considerar para lograr una educación online más personalizada y flexible.	es_ES
