El presente trabajo fin de máster, tiene como objetivo diseñar una propuesta de intervención
sobre las distintas fuentes de energías, a través de una metodología de aprendizaje
cooperativo y enfoque CTSA para la asignatura de Física y Química en el curso de 2º de ESO.
El trabajo se inicia planteando la problemática a la que los docentes se enfrentan en la
enseñanza de las ciencias, principalmente, la actitud negativa y el desinterés de los alumnos
hacia el aprendizaje. Se aborda también la necesidad de fomentar la alfabetización científica
en el alumnado, de forma que adquieran los conocimientos necesarios para desenvolverse en
su día a día. Es por ello, que se plantea esta propuesta de intervención para contribuir, en la
medida de los posible, a despertar el interés y lograr alfabetización científica en los alumnos.
La propuesta didáctica que se ha diseñado consta de nueve sesiones donde el alumnado
realizará las actividades planteadas mediante trabajo cooperativo y a través de enfoque CTSA,
de manera que los estudiantes sean los responsables de su propio proceso de aprendizaje,
tengan un papel activo y se fomente el pensamiento crítico. Por último, y teniendo en cuenta
que es una propuesta teórica y que no se ha llevado a la práctica, se concluye que esta
propuesta podría contribuir a despertar el interés del alumnado y adquirir alfabetización
científica.

The objective of this master´s thesis is to design an intervention proposal on the different
energy sources, through a cooperative learning methodology and STS approach for the Physics
and Chemistry subject in the 2nd year of ESO. This work begins by highlighting a significant
problem that teachers face in science teaching, namely, the negative attitude and disinterest
of students towards learning. The need to promote scientific literacy in students is also
addressed, with the objective of helping them acquire the necessary knowledge to function in
their day-to-day lives. For these reasons, this intervention proposal is put forward, aiming to
contribute, as far as possible, to awakening interest and achieving scientific literacy in
students. The didactic proposal that has been designed consists of nine sessions when the
students will carry out the activities proposed through cooperative work and STS approach,
so that the students are responsible for their own learning process, taking an active role, and
being encouraged to think critically. Finally, and considering that this is a theoretical proposal
and that it has not been put into practice, it is concluded that this proposal could help to
awaken the interest of students in the subject, and help them to acquire scientific literacy.
