| dc.description | The changes that we are experiencing today in the field of health, together with the digital transformation, make it necessary to train health professionals with a strategic vision, capable of directing health institutions, interpreting indicators and providing the best health outcomes. The work is base in making of a management memory for the ambulatory chemotherapy area of the SOLCA Núcleo de Loja Oncological Hospital, and is an essential requirement for obtaining the Master's degree in: Health Management and Direction from the International University of La Rioja – Spain. The Solca Núcleo de Loja cancer hospital is a private non-profit social service institution and is part of the complementary health network located to the south of country in the province and city of Loja. The work is base in detailing the activities, structure of the hospital and the analysis of the outpatient chemotherapy area using the DAFO/CAME matrix, subsequently the Balanced Scorecard as a means of control for the fulfillment of the objectives. The purpose of this work is to improve internal communication with the staff for better patient care and to be a benchmark for other areas. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Los cambios que vivimos hoy en día en el ámbito de la salud, sumados a la transformación digital hacen necesario la formación de profesionales sanitarios con una visión estratégica, capaces de dirigir instituciones de salud, interpretar indicadores y brindar los mejores resultados en salud. El trabajo se basa en realizar una memoria de gestión para el área de quimioterapia ambulatoria del Hospital Oncológico SOLCA Núcleo de Loja, y es un requisito imprescindible para la obtención del título de Máster en: Gestión y Dirección Sanitaria por la Universidad Internacional de La Rioja - España. El hospital oncológico SOLCA Núcleo de Loja es una institución privada de servicio social sin fines de lucro y forma parte de la red complementaria de salud, ubicado al sur del país en la provincia y ciudad de Loja. El trabajo se basa en detallar las actividades, estructura del hospital y el análisis del área de quimioterapia ambulatoria mediante la matriz DAFO/CAME, posteriormente el cuadro de mando integral como medio de control para el cumplimiento de los objetivos. El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad mejorar la comunicación interna con el personal para una mejor atención al paciente y ser un referente para el resto de áreas. | es_ES |
