La realidad en la que viven los niños de las Instituciones Educativas Oficiales en Colombia se caracteriza por ser un contexto en condición de pobreza y exclusión situación que influye para que las problemáticas sociales se presenten de manera permanente e incidan en la competencia social de los niños, expresándose en conductas agresivas y violentas que estos están aprendiendo y normalizando en su interacción con los demás. Frente a esta realidad el proyecto plantea la alternativa de organizar una biblioteca de aula que favorezca el acercamiento del niño a textos que le permitan sobreponerse a ella. El diseño de una propuesta a desarrollar dentro de la biblioteca de aula es la alternativa que permita con su implementación, promover la creación de una relación positiva niño/libro en favor del desarrollo de sus habilidades para la comprensión. La propuesta se estructura por fases, que incluyen la organización del espacio, la selección de los textos, el diseño de actividades a desarrollar con niños, padres e institución educativa, el cronograma para su implementación y los mecanismos de evaluación que garanticen el logro de los objetivos, su sostenibilidad y proyección futura.

The reality in which the children of official educational institutions in Colombia live is characterized by being a context in a condition of poverty and exclusion, a situation that influences social problems to arise permanently and affect the social competence of children. children, expressing themselves in aggressive and violent behaviors that they learn and normalize in their interaction with others. Faced with this reality, the project proposes the alternative of organizing a classroom library, which favors the child's approach to texts that allow him to understand his reality in order to develop skills that allow him to overcome it. The design of a didactic proposal to be developed within the classroom library is the alternative that, with its implementation, would promote the creation of a positive child / book relationship in favor of the development of their comprehension skills. The proposal is structured by phases, which include the organization of the space, the selection of the texts, the design of activities to be developed with children, parents and educational institution, the timetable for its implementation and the evaluation mechanisms that will guarantee the achievement of the objectives, their sustainability and future projection.
