dc.description.abstractEste trabajo se centra en el análisis de las instrucciones emitidas por distintas instituciones a lo largo del siglo XVIII para el estudio de las antigüedades romanas, islámicas y precolombinas. Con ello se ha pretendido mostrar cómo se entendía el estudio de dichos restos, en concreto los arquitectónicos. Se ha concluido que la diferencia en el enfoque y la calidad de dichos trabajos estriba tanto en la institución que lo encargaba como en el profesional que lo realizaba.es_ES
