dc.descriptionThis work is the documentation of the experiment: Recommender System for Sales or Marketing departments of Yamaha Motor de México, which recommends products to offer to the company´s dealers, in this work is the detailed procedure to solve the company's problem using Artificial Intelligence, and it shows the theoretical framework in which this development is encompassed, describes briefly the Neighborhood-Based Collaborative Filtering and analyze the steps to the construction of a Recommender System. Due to the relation that there is between Business Intelligence, Business Analytics and Recommender Systems, this work describes the basic concepts and enunciates some BI tools and its differences with Recommender Systems.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEste es un trabajo que documenta el piloto experimental: Sistema de Recomendación para áreas de Ventas o Mercadotecnia de Yamaha Motor de México, que recomienda productos a ofrecer a los distintos distribuidores de la empresa, en éste se detalla el procedimiento para resolver la problemática de la empresa a través de Inteligencia Artificial y muestra también el marco teórico general en que se engloba este desarrollo, describe brevemente el filtrado colaborativo basado en Vecindad y analiza los pasos para la construcción de un Sistema Recomendador. Debido a la relación que tiene con Business Intelligence y Business Analytics en este trabajo se describen también los conceptos básicos y se enuncian algunas herramientas de BI y sus diferencias con los Sistemas Recomendadores.es_ES
