dc.descriptionThis article takes a twofold approach, historiographical and cinematographic, to the crucial influence that the Moroccan wars had on Spain. History and cinema therefore take on a parallel perspective that helps to understand the reality of this period in the past and its influence on society. The study starts by analysing the evolution of the campaigns in North Africa at the bibliographical level (stages and main characteristics), to move on to their reflection and treatment in the cinema, the way in which their perception and reality evolved until the early stages of Franco's regime, where their imaginary and final mythification took shape.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEste artículo aborda desde una doble dimensión, historiográfica y cinematográfica, la influencia crucial que tuvieron las guerras de Marruecos en España. Historia y cine cobran aquí, por tanto, una perspectiva paralela que ayuda a comprender la realidad de esta etapa del pasado y su influencia en la sociedad. El estudio parte de analizar el devenir de las campañas en el norte de África a nivel bibliográfico (etapas y características principales), para pasar a tratar su reflejo y tratamiento en el cine, la forma en que evolucionó su percepción y realidad hasta las primeras etapas del franquismo donde se perfiló su imaginario y mitificación finales.es_ES
