| dc.description | The transport sector is one of the most important economic activities in the world; This is attributed the greatest responsibility for environmental deterioration due to the emission of polluting gases into the atmosphere. Therefore, in this Master's Thesis (TFM), the implementation of an Environmental Management System in the Tourist Transport Company “ALAMEDATOUR S.A.” based on ISO 14001: 2015 is considered essential. This management system is consistent with the context of the organization and is focused on reducing the impacts of the company's activities on the environment. As a result, documented information is obtained on the improvement of its environmental performance, which gives it advantages in relation to competition, thus facilitating new strategic alliances, opening up to new markets and greater chances of success. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El sector del transporte constituye una de las actividades económicas más importantes del mundo; a éste se le atribuye la mayor responsabilidad del deterioro ambiental debido a las emisiones de gases contaminantes a la atmósfera. Por lo tanto en este Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM), se considera fundamental la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental en la Compañía de transporte turístico “ALAMEDATOUR S.A.” basado en la norma ISO 14001:2015. Este sistema de gestión es acorde al contexto de la organización y va enfocado a reducir los impactos de las actividades de la empresa sobre el medio ambiente. Como resultado se obtiene información documentada de la mejora de su desempeño ambiental lo que le proporciona ventajas en relación a la competencia, facilitándose así nuevas alianzas estratégicas, apertura a nuevos mercados y mayores posibilidades de éxito. | es_ES |
