Resumen:
Con la presente investigación se podrá constatar que, una de las características principales
al estudiar la integración regional a nivel mundial es la dificultad para establecer un concepto
y naturaleza de la variable estudiada al encontrar diversas teorías, identificando las teorías
más claras con el fin de crear un concepto propio y comprobar su naturaleza. En este texto
analizaré, desde el punto de vista de las Relaciones Internacionales las características
principales y la importancia de los sistemas de integración económicos, posteriormente
exploraré si es posible la convergencia a un único sistema de integración económica el
Latinoamérica.

With the present investigation it will be possible to verify that, one of the main
characteristics when studying the regional integration at world-wide level is the
difficulty to establish a concept and nature of the studied variable when finding diverse
theories, identifying the clearest theories in order to create an own concept and verify
its nature. In this text I will analyze, from the point of view of the International
Relations, the main characteristics and the importance of the economic integration
systems, later I will explore if the convergence to a single system of economic
integration in Latin America is possible.
