La reforma del Código Penal como pilar de la lucha antiterrorista Española

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el análisis de la reforma legislativa que se acometió
sobre la LO 10/1995 del Código Penal, mediante la aprobación de la LO 2/2015 que modifica
lo relativo a las organizaciones y grupos terroristas, así como los delitos de terrorismo. El
Estado, en la necesidad de combatir uno de los mayores problemas del siglo XXI, se
instrumentaliza a través de esta reforma legislativa, con el fin de erradicar de la manera más
democrática que existe, con la lacra que supone el terrorismo.
Se pretende, a través de la presente investigación, comprobar la necesidad de la reforma
legislativa, verificando su efectividad con relación a la evolución experimentada,
principalmente por la Organización terrorista Dáesh (también conocida popularmente como
EIIL), su forma de captación de adeptos y su posterior radicalización, la cual se ve muy
favorecida gracias a las TIC.
Descripción:
The objective of this appointment is the analysis of the legislative law made over the
OL 10/1995 of the Penal Code; the OL 2/2015 approved though which everything
related to organizations and terrorist groups like terrorism-related crimes. The state,
on its necessity to fight one of the biggest problems of this century, is done through
this legislative reform, with a final purpose to end it in the most democratic way, with
the “lacra” that terrorism means.
It’s pretended, though this investigation, to prove the necessity of the legislative
reform and prove the affectivity in relation to the experimented evolution, mainly for
the Dáesh terrorist organization (also known as Islamic state or IS), and its way to
take devout and its posterior radicalization, which is advantaged by the TIC
