Este trabajo parte de la importancia de la detección precoz en el Alzheimer y se centra en la
creación de una unidad de memoria y un servicio de rehabilitación integral para personas
recién diagnosticadas, o en fases iniciales de la enfermedad de Alzheimer y también de
otras enfermedades neurodegenerativas como el Parkinson, Esclerosis o Daño Cerebral
Sobrevenido.
Siendo la persona el centro de nuestras actuaciones, creemos en la necesidad de crear un
itinerario terapéutico personalizado y adaptado a cada paciente, podríamos hablar de un
“traje a medida”, porque no hay dos pacientes iguales. La idea es “hilvanar” un patrón
general al que luego daremos forma en cada caso que atendamos, teniendo en cuenta la
historia la persona, sus necesidades, sus gustos, las capacidades que aún conserva y su
proyecto vital.
Nuestro carácter de Asociación nos permite acceder a convocatorias de subvenciones y
ayudas de carácter social.

This final degree Project starts from the importance of early detection in Alzheimer's and
focuses on the creation of a memory unit and a comprehensive rehabilitation service for
newly diagnosed people, or in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease and also of other
neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, Sclerosis or Cerebral Damage Onset.
Being the person the center of our actions, we believe in the need to create a personalized
therapeutic itinerary adapted to each patient, we could speak of a "tailor-made suit", because
no two patients are the same. The idea is to connect a general pattern that we will then give
shape in each case we attend, taking into account the person's history, their needs, their
tastes, the capacities they still have and their life project.
Our Association character allows us to access calls for subsidies and social aid.
