| dc.description | An analysis to small and medium manufacturing company in western Mexico is presented in the introduction. In a second step the fundamental problem, the low growth of labor productivity in Mexican manufacturing industry is presented. In a third instance the methodological design is shown from the proposed research for this exercise variables and Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital and the impact on the competitiveness variable construct these organizations are presented. Evidence found reaffirms proposed in the construct, the relationship of the concepts of knowledge management and intellectual capital, with respect to the competitiveness of organizations in terms of performance, cost and technological development. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la introducción se hace un análisis a las empresas de manufactura de las pequeñas y medianas empresas en el oeste de México. En un segundo momento se identifica el problema fundamental, el bajo crecimiento de la productividad laboral en la industria manufacturera mexicana. En un tercer momento, el diseño metodológico de la investigación propone como variables de ejercicio: la gestión del conocimiento y capital intelectual y su impacto en la competitividad en las organizaciones de manufactura. La evidencia encontrada reafirma lo propuesto en el constructo. Existe una relación directa entre los conceptos clave para esta investigación, en relación con la competitividad de las organizaciones en términos de rendimiento, el costo y el desarrollo tecnológico. | es_ES |
