El presente documento expone la idea de negocio de la empresa PAVLOVA, cuya actividad está relacionada con la producción y comercialización de un postre típico colombiano denominado “Merengón”; la compañía se ubicará en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. (Colombia), y tendrá como público objetivo personas que deseen satisfacer sus paladares, incluyendo en sus comidas platos de sabor dulce, que aporten nutrientes a sus dietas alimenticias.
Para lo anterior, se relaciona el plan de negocios que incluye el análisis del entorno general y específico, junto con el análisis interno de la empresa; el plan de marketing con el cual se busca satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes; el plan de operaciones y de recursos humanos fortaleciendo la capacidad organizativa; y el plan financiero que determina la viabilidad del proyecto.
En consecuencia, y gracias al análisis realizado se evidenciará que el proyecto de la empresa PAVLOVA es factible, puesto que los beneficios proyectados son acordes a lo esperado por el cuerpo directivo.

This document presents the business idea of the company PAVLOVA, whose activity is related to the production and commercialization of a typical Colombian product called "Merengón"; we company is located in the city of Bogota D.C. (Colombia), and has as a target people who wish to satisfy their palates with their dishes sweet-tasting dishes that contribute nutritionally to their diets.
For the above, it relates the business plan that includes the analysis of the general and specific environment, together with the internal analysis of the company; marketing plan that seeks to meet the needs of customers; plan of operations and the human resources that strengthen the organizational capacity; and financial plan that determines the viability of the project.
Consequently, and because the analysis made it was stated that the project of the company PAVLOVA is viable, since the projected benefits are in line with what was expected by the management body.
